Don's Meats opened at 10 The Arcade in Junction Village in 1985. Forty years later, Don is still behind the counter every day, cutting your order himself.

He'll score your pork belly, tie your roast, and tell you how to cook whatever you're buying. That's what a butcher is supposed to do.
